Our Home School Year In (some of the way too many) Pictures

by Alison on May 11, 2010

The last official day of our home school co-op was last week, but this week we will be participating in the Art & Academic Fair, which is an evening devoted to giving every family a chance to show the world, or maybe the community, or at least their fellow co-op family friends a bit of what they managed to accomplish during their school year.

I’ve had a few delusions of grandeur, thinking that perhaps we could put something together to wow and dazzle the crowds, but I’m not always the most organized person, (I try, really I do, and I’m getting better, I am, but…) so our table will be pretty plain, save the video presentation I’m hurriedly putting together at the last minute :-)

I’ve spent the last few days sorting through the piles and piles of digital files also known as the pictures that I’ve taken over the past 9 months.  There are so many!  It’s hard to narrow down the selection to keep the video under several hours…

These are just a sampling from our learning adventures from the past school year.  I try to put together a family Home School Yearbook each year, so these pics, and so many more, will be collected and printed in a book that our family can enjoy looking through for years to come.

I love all of the great pictures. This is a wonderful idea. I really need to try to remember to take more pictures.

Thank you! And yes, take more pictures!! It is so fun to look back through the archives, and even through a book of printed pics when I actually get around to ordering prints! (which I need to do more of!)
