I started adding yogurt to our popsicles for the creamy factor without the added sugars of pudding :-)  We put yogurt in our smoothies and most of our smoothies seemed like they&#039;d make great popsicle flavors... so it only seemed logical to me!  (And they get a little added goodness!!)</description>
