It is because of His promises that we can have peace, His peace!
Bedtimes around here are not strict with routines, but it sure does make for some precious heart-string-tying moments when we do take the time to spend a few quiet moments with the littles, reading a story, sharing some thoughts, hugs, and kisses, and tucking them in with prayers.
I’m excited to team up with Tommy Nelson to offer a FREE copy of Really Woolly Bedtime Bible Promises to one of you dear readers! Just comment to enter, and jump through some additional hoops for extra entries if you want. No pressure, but more entries does mean more chances to win, so…

*The Scripture quotations are taken from the International Children’s Bible. I’m not a fan. We’re KJV readers here, and I have made a habit of looking up the verses, reading them in the KJV, so our children grow up hearing the rich language, and often putting things in my own words to break it down for our younger children. Many times this does line up with the way verses are simplified in the ICB, but it isn’t always the case, anyhoo, I just needed to say that…

I love reading to my baby girl, that’s a special moment that is shared between up.
I love the snuggling with my little ones. Lots of hugs and kisses melt my heart.
Awww…my daughter would love this!
I want it! I think that’s a lovely idea for a book and just may buy it if I don’t win
Just what we need! A biblical bedtime story to send our sweet little Asher off to sweet dreams to. <3
We have a couple other Really Wooly books and they are so sweet. I have a soft spot for cute sheep
We just moved our little guy to his “big boy bed” in preparation for little guy #2 – our bedtime routine is precious to me. I know it’s good for his little mind and heart, but it’s good for mine, too. After a book and prayers, we say the little “I see the moon” rhyme, which is something my parents did with me as a little girl and I love passing this little tradition on to my little men.
My little granddaughter would love it. Reading together is one of our favorite things to do!
We have one little boy – he’s 3-months-old – and I love how he gets to spend quality time with his daddy at bedtime. After he’s in his jammies, he snuggles with his daddy and they read a Bible story.
Really Wooly are my favorite characters at the Christian Bookstore. They were my Gram’s favorite greeting cards. She was a knitter and collected sheep. I named my daughter Rachel because it means lamb. And now these RW sheep are her favorites. I especially love the Christmas DVD have you seen it?
Can’t believe this doesn’t have more entries!!! Would love to win!
I’d love to win!
We also love the Jesus Storybook Bible for a holistic picture of God’s plan.
Love this! I’m always looking for great bedtime books that have bible stories.
Also this would be a great addition to my book hop if you are interested
